Manage Admin Users

Athletic directors have full control over their school’s entire list of users, such as other administrators, coaches, and anyone assigned to result report, like a team statistician or manager. Admin management can be done under the Users tab of the back end, and by going to the Admins page. To add someone, simply click on Add an Admin, and fill in the email address and name to generate an invitation, a sample of which is located at the bottom of the page. To manage admin-level access, click on the admin’s email to open their profile, which allows for updating their information, associated sports, and if they are active or inactive. To remove an admin, hover over the green Active button to reveal a red Remove button and click to remove them as an admin.
