Send a Direct Message
There are two ways to send a direct message via SportReporting.com. On the front end, click on the Gear button in the upper right corner and choose Message, or from the back end, go to the Communication tab and select Direct Email. Once into the message page, choose the sport from which to send the message if you are an admin. If you are not an admin, you will be taken directly to your sport’s message page. Choose who to send to. The default setting is for ALL of the distribution lists of that sport to be selected. Much like an email, enter a message in the subject line and then the full message. Attachments can be added to each message. Users can choose the distribution method of the message. Users can choose email, text, social media, or a combination of the three. Prior to a final send out, the message can be previewed by sending a test email.
