Setup & Manage Result Reporters
To setup and manage the list of result reporters for each sport, go to Result Reporters in the Users tab on the back end. Click the blue Add Result Reporter button to the right of the sport, and fill in the name and email information as prompted. When finished, hit Submit. For easy removal of result reporters, the green Active button to the right of a person’s name can be clicked to show a red Remove User button, which will remove the user from access to result report for that sport. Otherwise, click on a person’s name to further edit their profile, which includes name, email, phone number, access levels, sports assigned to, and active or inactive. When finished, be sure to hit Save. (NOTE: All head coaches and admins are also result reporters.)
